Your service begins with a deep cleanse to remove impurities and prepare the skin, followed by a warm towel application to soften and relax the skin. The dermaplaning process is then performed with controlled, gentle strokes, ensuring a comfortable experience while effectively exfoliating the skin without irritation. Once the skin has been resurfaced, a calming serum is applied and tailored to your specific skin type to restore hydration and support balance. Appointments may be booked online 24/7 through our secure scheduling system. You will receive a confirmation by email and/or text once your appointment is scheduled. Some specialized services or treatments may require a consultation before booking or may not be available for online scheduling. New patients should complete all required intake forms before their appointment to avoid delays. Credit Card on File A valid credit or debit card may be required to reserve your appointment. Your card will only be charged in accordance with this policy for late cancellations, no-shows, deposits, or services requiring prepayment. Appointment Confirmations & Reminders Courtesy reminders are sent by email and/or text before your appointment. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information current and arrive on time, even if a reminder is not received. Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. • 24+ Hours' Notice: No cancellation fee. • Less Than 24 Hours' Notice: A fee of $50 or 50% of the scheduled service, whichever is greater, may be charged. • No-Show Appointments: Patients who fail to arrive without prior notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Late Arrivals Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. Patients arriving late may receive a shortened appointment to avoid delaying others. If you arrive too late to safely complete your treatment, your appointment may be rescheduled and the late cancellation policy may apply. Health & Safety If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly help reschedule your appointment when appropriate. Refund Policy Fees for missed appointments, late cancellations, or deposits are non-refundable. Treatment results vary by individual, and completed services are generally non-refundable.
