Your card will only be charged in accordance with this policy for late cancellations, no-shows, deposits, or services requiring prepayment. Appointment Confirmations & Reminders Courtesy reminders are sent by email and/or text before your appointment. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information current and arrive on time, even if a reminder is not received. Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. • 24+ Hours' Notice: No cancellation fee. • Less Than 24 Hours' Notice: A fee of $50 or 50% of the scheduled service, whichever is greater, may be charged. • No-Show Appointments: Patients who fail to arrive without prior notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
