Appointments may be booked online 24/7 through our secure scheduling system. You will receive a confirmation by email and/or text once your appointment is scheduled. Some specialized services or treatments may require a consultation before booking or may not be available for online scheduling. New patients should complete all required intake forms before their appointment to avoid delays. Credit Card on File A valid credit or debit card may be required to reserve your appointment. Your card will only be charged in accordance with this policy for late cancellations, no-shows, deposits, or services requiring prepayment. Appointment Confirmations & Reminders Courtesy reminders are sent by email and/or text before your appointment. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information current and arrive on time, even if a reminder is not received. Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. • 24+ Hours' Notice: No cancellation fee. • Less Than 24 Hours' Notice: A fee of $50 or 50% of the scheduled service, whichever is greater, may be charged. • No-Show Appointments: Patients who fail to arrive without prior notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Late Arrivals Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. Patients arriving late may receive a shortened appointment to avoid delaying others. If you arrive too late to safely complete your treatment, your appointment may be rescheduled and the late cancellation policy may apply.
